Urban Institute for Professional Development Empowering Those Who Work and Want more...

The Urban Institute For Professional Development exists for the people the system counted out and the opportunities it kept just out of reach. We serve the working class Black community of the Capitol region. The people who work hard pay taxes , raise families, and still cannot break through. We provide the coaching the education pathways, the professional development , and the community support that was always available to everyone else and rarely made available to us.

Information is legacy. When you are informed you make better decisions, you take away the unknown, and you replace with direction.

That is what we do here. We are the roadmap your potential has always deserved
